We ask that you check all your items on delivery before you sign for them. Wherever you are, once you have signed you are accepting the goods as they are. We pledge that ALL our items are personally inspected and leave Geoff Steel Carbon in perfect condition. So in the unlikely event any damage has been done, it’s imperative that we capture this at the correct point of transit……in other words, if it’s damaged, PLEASE DON’T SIGN – it then remains the liability of the courier.
